Cage Balls Will Uncage Your Cooperation Skills

Cage Balls have always been fun and a great way to get a group of people active. Additionally they provide a great opportunity to utilize cooperative games that teach team work and other life skills that will be useful to students their entire lives.

A cage ball is a simple product consisting of a large Multi Color cover made of durable nylon with a hole in the side that laces shut.  You insert a heavy duty bladder into the cover, inflate it, seal it similar to a Beach Ball and then lace the cover closed.  You will now have a large ball that can be used for many activities such as crab soccer (a favorite of many generations of kids).  Cage balls come in a full range of sizes from a stout 18″ diameter to a massive 72″ diameter.  I have to say when it comes to cage balls bigger is certainly better offering a much more thrilling experience.  Imagine having to push a ball that stands taller than you down a field towards a goal while being chased by the opposition.  Certainly a unique experience a child will not soon forget.  Of course the main purpose of using a cage ball is to get kids to work together.  Cooperation is the name of the game when you’re trying to get a gigantic 72″ cage ball to go where you want. 

Cage Balls are great to use with any youth group, camps, physical education classes, family picnics, cooperate team building picnics.  You can use any size ball but the 60″ and 72″ are the most popular.  A simple internet search will yield tons of results on cage balls giving you your pick of countless different activities and games you can play.  The only additional equipment you should purchase is a high volume inflator if you don’t already have access to one.  The hole used to inflate the bladder of a cage ball is quite large and the volume of air needed requires a good high volume inflator for a fast inflation.  I recommend the Metro brand inflator because it is built of durable materials and has been used in commercial settings for decades.
